Bet Angel contains two features that will be really useful in helping you find exactly the Tennis markets you want to trade.
It can be tricky and complex to find the exact match you want in a grand slam tournament. Rather than wade through tons of matches, Bet Angel can let you use logic to search for the exact match you need or narrow down hundreds of matches to a specific group.
It’s done via the very flexible market selection tool and the search function. To learn more about this read the Bet Angel user guide specific to this tool: –
Not only can you search for a name, for example, ‘Federer’. You can search for a specific market type like ‘Match odds’.
But you can also search using logic and long text for very specific matches or groups of matches. The following are examples posted by Bet Angel user ‘Northbound’ in the forum, they are excellent examples of the full use of this function and it’s use of logic: –
If you wish to bring up all ATP Singles (Main event) – You should use – “tennis AND atp AND match odds AND NOT challenger AND NOT qualif AND NOT doubl AND NOT itf”
WTA Singles (Main event) – “tennis AND wta AND match odds AND NOT challenger AND NOT qualif AND NOT doubl AND NOT itf”
ATP Singles (Qualifiers) – “tennis AND atp AND match odds AND qualif AND NOT challenger AND NOT doubl AND NOT itf”
WTA Singles (Qualifiers) – “tennis AND wta AND match odds AND qualif AND NOT challenger AND NOT doubl AND NOT itf”
For a few others visit the forum thread – https://www.betangel.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=37&t=17205. You can edit the file that pre-populates the search string and that means it’s always available and a couple of clicks away on Bet Angel. Simples!
Get Bet Angel to search for opportunities for you
Another really clever thing you can do in Bet Angel is to get it to search for Tennis matches that are reaching a favourite set-up for you. No longer do you need to pick and choose the match you focus on, if you have a favourite trading set-up Bet Angel can whizz through all the Tennis markets and alert you when it finds one. It can do this in the background and independent of any trading activity that you have on your current trading market.
When it finds what you are looking for it can send you a sound alert, a message or switch you to the market. Or you can do all those things if you wish. You can trade the secondary market on a separate ladder or one-click screen or trade it on the primary interface you are using. It’s up to you!
We have made it really easy for you to do this by uploading some templates for you in the forum you can find them in the Tennis automation section: –
