Volumes have been inching up on Betdaq’s horse racing markets for some time and they are encouraging even more activity with some new offers and a completely new commission system.

The firs thing that should catch your interest is that Betdaq are commission free at Ascot and Newmarket on Saturday. Whether you are into racing or not, if you are a premium charge payer then this should catch your attention and prompt some interest. Even if you are not no commission on these liquidity markets will be a useful boost to your day.

New commission structure

The big news is the new commission structure however. From Thursday they are reducing the commission paid by customers who make offers on the exchange to a flat 2% commission. On the move Betdaq said: –

“Making offers gets you better odds, narrows the gaps between back and lay prices, and creates larger volumes for others to match. Offers make the exchange better for all customers so we’re rewarding those who make them. “
