The oldest classic horse race in the world is almost upon us again and while it marks the closing of the flat turf season, tradition dictates that it also marks an upturn in financial markets if folklore is to be believed. “Sell in May and go away, don’t come back till St Leger day”<\/p>\n

I’ve done OK this week at Doncaster and will try to end the week on a high today. This meeting is OK but nothing amazing, but should be an opportunity for you to get above average results for the week. I’ve been generally picking up a few decent results each day. Last year I really did well on this day looking back at prior records, so I’m hoping for a repeat performance!<\/p>\n

The card, in general, looks pretty reasonably well set up today. The main race however will probably be a bit of a challenge with Camelot set to go off below 1.50. That puts it on the cusp of viability as I expect the volume will be chasing this around a fair bit. It should be an interesting race to trade. I’ll be firing Betdaq Angel<\/a> up again today to take advantage of the higher fill rate over there on this race.<\/p>\n
